MONOCHROME IMPERSONATOR Extraordinare...

came up with several versions of this... Am finally figuring that i may actually over work it... can I help it? Could I help it? oh well....

I just put that there since my background is black... thought the contrast would be nice, but anyhow, I hate painting!!! (I just like drawing, apparentlyhot pink and orange checkers dont go together, I have poor color coordination, damn it). And the little monochrome going on can be done in paint(amazingly there is more use to it, and you can find it when you're extremely bored).

Anyways, Asides from the complete boredom that has surrounded me lately, and the inevitable passage of horse back riding and hoping not to fall off from the horse itself (as it has occurred before, and I might go to Baguio as well)...........

I SURVIVED HELL WEEK 3 TIMES OVER!!!

Yes, and we are now on sembreak having fun and waiting for the time to be able to go out and about... COLLECTING CANDY!!!!!!!

YES!! Halloween is here!! Trick or treating is fun and you get to be able to get as much candy as you like (as long as you have the strength to go out and about, dressed as absolute weirdos (thinking of coming as myself or witch, i think my nose can pull it off) and walk more than ten kilometers!). Still waiting for the availability of boots to complete the outfit if I may, or otherwise, I may be looking like a professional horseback rider with even the distinct whip (hehe :P) for Halloween (thank God there aint any horses here, I'll just stick to carosels instead).

Exams were a "killer", with what I expected to be the killer actually turning out to be easier than I expected. But beyond that, I am just glad to get it over with... One more sem to go before summer... :) But bye-bye WR and friends :(.....

Life continues...

Well... exams are soon to come...

Here are some links to some art projects my batch did. It's pretty good. Poor Rosie (WAWA!!), and if you look carefully at the one I'm in, you can actually see me slip (just saying it now so you dont laugh at it som much later). At least they didnt add the one where I was running like a girl (when I dropped everything and ran for my friend in near tears, and more laughter) from a spider web (well, whaddya think? I'm a guy?).

FINALLY...

It's over...

Well almost...

Anyways, I survived Hell Week Twice over, and well, I'm just getting on to the last and FINAL stage-Exams... (dun dun dun... umm, dont forget to pray for me, my head is going wala na)...

BUT, in the plus side, or should I say the good side of it all, it'll be sem break soon (Halloween! What are you going as? I'm going as myself :P). Anyways, trick or treat? TREAT of course!!! Need all that sugar to put my into a nice state of happiness due to sweets, and their sweet taste, but anyways, Inesse plans to have a little slumber, after we've gone trick or treat-ing. Hope it'll push through. Am planning to have a relaxing sem break, as I need, since having 3 weeks of pure hell (it literally came out of the Inferno!), work in school has been harsh, for truly, some expect too much, but, some of the work turned out to be fun (like the art film), others appeared to have appeared for some certain reason we are all still trying to find out (their uses, etc). But anyways, as much as some of the wise ones there expected much from us, I expect much from my break... Probably wont see me much...

Oh well, you can always call me when your sober!! (prefers calls, not texts, ^.^)

Rendezvous with Tissue...

I've been really sick for this past week, and couldnt do much about it... It all started with the La Salle Entrance Exam... The aircon in the room where I took the test was so frigid, I literally spent half of my time just trying to keep warm. I also felt bad afterwards because I think I may have done pretty bad, and this kept me awake the whole entire night (I only slept for an hour)... In the morning I found myself battling a cold and a headache ( thank God for paracetamol). Then my mom was like: "hey since your sick why not go to the denstist?". So we went... And I was stuck there for like 3 hours or so. I came back, and did all my assignments, and reviewed for my longtests etc. Then Rachel came over, and well, I walked her home so that I could borrow some of her books. Then I kinda reviewed there, and then went home (mother picked me up). Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was just really bad for me, I could barely concentrate as the mucus probably did something to dull my senses (my mom sprayed Baygon in the house and I couldnt even smell it). Then it just got worst for me on Thursday and I had to go to the doctor last night, and she and my mom told me to stay home today. So here I am, having a rendevous with tissue. hopefully I'll get well soon, I can't stand to be like this!! UGH... *sniff sniff*

So... Just to update on my last entry. It's been a while, so, just to say, Confucius once said, "If you want to clean your country clean your backyard first". So my mother did so. She hired a truck to take away the the fallen branches and trees that were pilling up infront of our house... Two days later, my dad's sugar truck came by to pic up the wood. My mom hired two more trucks to take everything else, and soon, our part of the street (and that of those houses in front and beside my house) became clean and no longer reaking with dead leaves (there were a gazzilion of them). So, our street became clearer and you can almost say that a storm never went through, until you get near my area and see that it is sobrang LIWANAG!!! (dont worry Sophie they propped back up that mango tree :P) but am now reeling from the effects of watching tv in the bright afternoon gleam... GLARE... will forever hate it... (if you remember my glare glass story, then you can say you know me very well, and how oc I actually am, but if not, the gist is... NEW GLASSES, a PROMISE for NO GLARE... me being particularly oc... so there)....

So... I would like to thank Casura garbage disposal co., Sweet crystals and my NOW glareless glasses for making my life brighter (YAY!!), oh and Milenyo too, for making the billboards go bye- bye (such an eyesore and a hazard too)... ^.^

So... Asides from being part of the 65% not so lucky residents of Ayala Alabang Village that doesn't have electricity yet (hopefully by tomorrow there will be), I am also, at this moment, very annoyed and bored, and a bit o.c. Everytime I see the fallen trees I just feel like cleaning it up myself, if only I had the enregy and resources to do so...
So this is what happened to me since last Thursday when the remarkably named tropical storm, Milenyo passed directly over Metro Manila... So the Thursday began like any other day, we already knew there was no school, and I took the liberty that morning to type and do other stuff. So there I was, typing my Canto... when suddenly I hear what seems to be lightning that happened to be very close (hence, it was very loud), then suddenly I see from out my window two flashes, and the scary electrical sound of ZZT ZZt... I freaked out, and suddenly my box thingy attached to my computer that enables me to have electricity in the computer for 5 mins (to save files, etc.), started beeping... meaning, there was no longer any electricity. Suddenly my sister and brother come to me and start shouting "CARLA TURN IT OFF! TURN IT OFF!!! WE MIGHT DIEEEEE!"... In the state of panic, I did so... The last I saw of electricity in my house until God knows when...

After that... The rain howled out side and I was trapped in my house, so since I had no computer to type my canto on... I wrote it (wow... what else?). So I was lying down in my bedroom floor condemning Hitler, Pol Pot and Mehmed, when suddenly it got really bright (as in wow! LIWANAG!), I looked out the window to find that three of my neighbors (Sophie, dont worry, they propped back that mango tree) massive trees had fallen... So as I was contenting myself with putting those genociders in hell, and drawing their punishments (actually very sadistic), my siblings and found that we were in the eye of the storm... They wanted to go out, but my mother was steadfast on what she said, and we couldnt do anything about it. Suddenly hell came out of the Inferno and began to wreak havoc and discord to the trees...
Then after that was all over, my cousin and her mom came over our house... And my mom decided to drive around the village to see what happened. So were driving around when suddenly we realize, that out of the eight ways to get to my house only 2 were available (and these were the really weird ones that take you all over the place). In Dama De Noche a cement electrical post fell, along with several other trees. In my beautiful street of Tanauan, several trees fell making it almost in accesible at first (but later on was fixed), in Talisay, a big wire thingy came of the posts and was dangling in front of houses, in Country Club Drive, a car got smushed by a tree, and several trees also fell in that area. Then in Madrigal, There was actually a house that lost part of its roof, and several trees also fell. So after this excursion, we went over to my aunts house and we walked around the area... So many trees were uprooted that I felt so sad. Well... later in the evening my dad took us all for a drive, and we tried to get to WR, and we were on Champaca expecting to see the school anytime soon and suddenly we were like :" Woodrose got replaced by a tree!!"... Then we had to turn around and went immediatly to Narra st. to check out what was happening, and we were told that they wouldnt fix our place yet coz it wasnt priority, and when I told that to my mom later on, she was like : " WE SHOULD BE PAYING LESS ASSOCIATION DUES!!!"... well that was day one spent in darkness...
Day two was somewhat similar, going around the village, exploring, etc, but then we went to ACC, to charge our phones, lamps, etc...
So we enter the womens locker room, and it is FILLED with people... linning up, getting numbers, just to take a bath... Lucky for my family, we had water, although it was frigid ( I REALLY MISS HOT WATER!!)... then after that, we went to the veranda to use our laptops, since there is wifi there, I could survive and do my canto... the day was like that...
Saturday, I went out with my friends... to the mall, it was soooo hot... and the electricity kept going on and off... I got 1 million UTILS from the ice cream... same thing... went to country club again...
SUNDAY!!! Mass at eight (AIRCON!!) Country club in the rest of the morning, lunch in festi, back to the house, back to country club after, and voala!! I here I am typing... FINALLY DONE WITH MY CANTO... still no electricity, although there is no school tomorrow... I wish the electricity would come pretty soon... as it already did for 40% of those in AAV... and that's my 5 (minus 1) break from stuff... wrong timing though... Happy B-day Mon!!
