Since this blog has a purpose other than being a thing were I just post stuff at random... I can never forget the real reason for this blog... SCHOOL!!!

okay...

IF YOU COULD ASK GOD JUST ONE QUESTION, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

If I could ask God something, it would probably be this: What purpose do I, myself have in this world?

The reason for that would be, that since everyone in the world supposedly has a purpose and are important to someone or make someone be more than it's worth, than I would like to know why I am here and for whom, asides from God, but who in this world am I here for and for what. What is my purpose in this world? I can't know this entirely, but, I would like to know much more as to why.

IF YOU COULD ASK A QUESTION TO ANYONE, DEAD OR ALIVE, WHAT WOULD BE THE QUESTION AND WHO?

I love history and since this is so, I would probably ask Cleopatra this question: Did you really love any of your lovers or did you just use them for political reasons?

So nothing super eventful occured this week but, I can say that there were some things that caused me to cry, laugh, cry and laugh, feel tired, work harder and weirdly, choked while laughing...
Last Sunday I had a date with tissues as I watched Finding Neverland (Am superly Emotional).
I found it nice, although upon resaerching (yes, I tend to do that, unfortunately), found that there were discrepancies, so... Yeah, that led me to quite think a lot.
We have been having a lot of glee club practices, not only the Mon-Wed-Fri schedule coz we had a lot more to perform now. Since it was Linggo ng Wika, we sang Filipino songs... I think it was quite fine. So we had to sing a lot... Singing and Finding Neverland... Oh, and also props for Gold... And perhaps we'll sing some more next week for the young ones, but anyways... GO GOLD!!!!!!!!!

Well, most of the time, in parties, I am one of those people in the background... I'm never one of those people who gets everyones attention, or who are recognized by others. Although through all that, I am just content with observing the funniest things and listening to the wackiest stories that have ever been told, I am not going to elaborate, instead, I'll enumerate stuff that went on in Mariels b-day bash, that occured in her aunts house, from her otherside of the family. Several of my cousins, meaning cousins she and I share, were invited, but only a few were able to come... But one showed up unexpectedly, but I'll save that for later. Since my cousin is from Canananada, she came among the Filipinoans to celebrate her 18th b-day. She didn't have friends here, so her cousins asked other cousins and guests (us), to bring friends along, but we couldn't. So we became her friends! Yeah, we cousins and cousin in laws were seated in this table and everytime new people would come in, she would say "Hey! A friend! Check out my other friends!!! (she points at us)... anyways, I dont drink, but it's sometimes fun to watch people drink, coz after a while, they do funny stuff...
ANYWAYS: ENUMERATION
  • My cousins lola's b-day film present, banging on book to blow out candle to pretend thier grandmother blew it (they were telling her to blow it from outside the tv, while hitting the book to cause air to blow out the candle, arghh, bad at explaining stuff).
  • My cousin running over a tree with a golf cart... And trying to save the tree afterwards...
  • Gay men going to engineering courses coz of all the manly men there... Poor Ysa...
  • Gay teachers going after their students, or giving them special attention, special grades...
  • My cousin doing a weird dance that reminds me of a bumble bee (basta two fingers and shaking your ass...)
  • my cousins talking of incest (this guy i know has a friend whose brother is also his cousin)... pretty scary topic...
  • my sis dancing alone... aww... medyo lang, she wasn't sober...
  • rockys down fall... drink... made by rocky... when he had his downfall, after putting several alcoholic drinks together, then passing out... that's the story I've been told...
  • some unknown guys changing the music so my sis wouldn't dance...
  • body shot.... dont ask... if you drink.. you may know this already... although I didn't see, for the goodness of my eyes...
  • advil... the best medicine... headache came along before party when resting at own grandparents house...
  • Tequila... Worm... Worm supposedly fullfills your desires if you eat it... acc. to Mosh we should get it, cut into 7 pieces (for each one of us there) and eat it, but when sis opens bottle, she says it smells like rubber... so the end for that bottle, no one wanted to drink it anyways... whatever, I don't drink to explore, and hardly do I drink at all, I am among the most soberest people I know...
  • Singing and talking filipino, to the detriment of the b-day girl who is from Canada and doesn't speak it...
  • La Salle and Ateneo spirit was up... UP is neutral... War didn't go on, we all learned to coexist with one another...
  • heel sinking in mud...
  • everyone wearing black...
  • pretty much a small world... since, my cousin who didn't come with our batch or the other batch of MY cousins, showed up, not knowing it was her cousins b-day and occasion!!
  • weird.....
  • stuff...
  • Yeah I need to stop enumerating...
  • BYE!

I really love writing poems, some make sense, others don't... But here is the one I know very well by heart, and is my favorite of them all...
A SIMPLE APPRECIATION FOR THINGS I SEE

I still think of a time when we were young
a nocturnal dream occurs on a day as beautiful as this
The sun is up and I feel the warmth on my skin
This day is like no other, beyond wonder, nothing is as is.

I just wonder about the days that are here to come
A lonesome writer would think that nothing is much more than none
A play of her words just dangles right above her head
It's just a wonder what would happen to her poems when she's dead.

I see such things in this world that could fascinate me more
I laugh at the sight of a dog trying to claw through the floor
What more can I say about the things that I observe?
It can be too much for me and at times completely undeserved.

I treasure breathing more than I treasure my lands worth
The sky is so blue and the grass is not all but green
Observing such things of great beauty should not be missed
But then again I must be the only one actually doing these things.

There are things in this world that I completely love
And my loves go beyond all my ungrateful dislikes
What more can I say about the things that pass me by?
Again, it may be too much for me and at times i would like to cry.
